Acuryx is a digital SaaS product. No physical goods are shipped.

1. Digital Product Policy

Acuryx is a cloud-based software service (SaaS). Since the product is digital and access is granted immediately upon subscription activation, we generally do not offer refunds once a payment has been processed.

2. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for the "Clinic Essential" plan. We strongly recommend using this trial period to evaluate the software before committing to a paid subscription.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • If you cancel, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
  • No further charges will be applied after cancellation.
  • No pro-rated refunds are provided for partial months.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases of technical errors (e.g., double billing), we will issue a full refund. Please contact our support team immediately if you notice any billing error.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
