Quick answers to the questions we hear most often.
On the sign-in screen, tap “Forgot password?” and enter the email linked to your Acuryx account. We’ll send a secure reset link valid for 30 minutes. If it doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder or contact support@acuryx.com.
Open the Appointments tab to view, create, reschedule, or cancel bookings. Drag-and-drop on the calendar to reschedule, and patients are automatically notified of any changes via WhatsApp.
Acuryx sends automated WhatsApp reminders for confirmations, reschedules, and follow-ups using your clinic’s verified business profile. You can enable or customize them under Settings → Notifications.
Go to Settings → Clinic Profile to update your clinic name, address, logo, contact details, and working hours. Changes apply instantly across the app and your patient communications.
Subscriptions renew automatically. To review or renew manually, visit Settings → Subscription, where you can see your plan, billing cycle, and renewal date, and complete payment securely.
