1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Acuryx, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of a clinic, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
2. Use of Service
Acuryx is a dental practice management software. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Medical Responsibility: Acuryx is a tool for documentation and management. Final clinical decisions and the accuracy of medical notes are the sole responsibility of the treating dentist.
3. Subscription & Billing
Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Fees are itemized and billed according to the selected plan.
- Subscriptions are billed in advance.
- No refunds for partial months of service.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension of the tenant account.
4. Multi-Tenant Isolation
We guarantee data isolation for each clinic. You may not attempt to access data belonging to other tenants. Any breach of this will result in immediate termination of service and legal action.
5. Data Ownership
The clinic owns all patient data. Acuryx serves as the data processor. Upon termination, you may request an export of your patient records in a standard format.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or fail to maintain clinical trust standards.
7. Limitation of Liability
Acuryx is provided "as is". We are not liable for any medical errors, data loss due to user negligence, or indirect damages arising from the use of the platform.
